Comics aren't for kids - without library cards

Buffy graphic novel forces librarians to fall down but really happily

A library in the Blue Mountains is using comics to interest new readers, which is all well and good. i hope the children won't need saving though.

Egg story, was written in the Blue Mountain region, by J. Marc Schmidt and i think the Cult Fiction guys are based there. So....how about that.

Egg story is pretty good for about $10, search it out.

whooosh

So we've learnt that Egg story is good value and there is no law against more than one comic creator living in the same suburb.

I swear i had a point with this blog post.

Something about how to get graphic novels in libraries.
or how it the guy that the movie Sirenns is about Norman Lindsay did comics to and lived in the Blue Mountains. Though I suspect that Marc Schmidt had Elle, Portia and the other one in the nudie while Hugh Grant stammerred outside the door.
"Well, um, Marc, um, could you be a could fellow, i mean would you be nice enough, that is could you do me the honour of getting my copy of Squee signed? If you can"
